El taller cumplió con el objetivo que buscaba que era pasar la revisión de gases que había salido rechazada, no obstante bajo una condición de dependencia con el taller puesto que quedé supeditado a un procedimiento con un escaner del lugar que se debía hacer previa a la revisión .. No era lo que esperaba. Y creo importantísimo que se hubiese explicado esta situación apriori y no al momento de recibir el auto. Mi crítica constructiva es mejorar la comunicación con el cliente con mayor claridad ante estas circunstancias puesto que uno puede evaluar otras opciones.

Pésimo servicio, para nada recomiendo. Nos cobraron más de 100 mil pesos solo de mano de obra por el cambio de la base del termostato donde al entregar el vehículo comprobaron que “estaba bueno” manejando ellos más de 100km y en menos de dos semanas después vuelve a filtrar liquido, lo revisa otro mecánico e indica que se debe a una mala instalación inicial: mangueras mal instaladas, pegadas llenas de silicona y donde no deben estar. NO LLEVEN SUS AUTOS AHI!!

Impecable, luego de casi 2 años y todo desarmado me pudieron ayudar con ese cachito que dejo un mal llamado mecánico. Algo elevado el valor de la mano de obra pero cumplieron y eso se agradece
