Pésima atención, poco profesional cambian la hora a voluntad de ellos y cuando llega la hora los medicos no atienden no llegan, la recepcionista no escucha ni acepta reclamos, sin respuestas ni soluciones en fin un servicio que deja mucho que desear siendo un servicio con atención al público

Pésimo, tenía una eco a las 10, ya me ingresan tarde, y luego me dicen que el profesional que realiza las eco, no vino hoy, así que debo esperar. Donde pasa esto que un profesional no asista a su trabajo. Mala gestión.

Pésima atención por parte de las recepcionistas. No entregan información adecuada y no realizan los protocolos de la mejor forma. Entre 3 personas no hacen una. Me realizaron muestras de sangre, le adverti a la persona que mis venas no son muy buenas... ella olvido traer un tubo y al regresar me dice que la vena se le perdio, me terminaron pinchando ambos brazos y moviendo la aguja ya inserta para volver a encontrar la vena. Finalmente salí con ambas venas reventada y al borde de desmayarme.

Siempre acudo a este centro por que ahí atiende el Dr. Paredes, pediatra, un doctor con mucha experiencia, muy bueno, confío mucho en el, pero debo decir que la atención del personal es horrible, las secretarias o recepcionistas, son extremadamente ineficientes, por no decir flojas, no contestan los teléfonos ni el wtsp, ahora, la última vez traté de agendar hora y me dejaron el visto, después (otro día) me dan una hora (8.05 am), pero no me dicen a que hora! Les pregunto y responden 2 horas después (10 am) que la hora es a las 11.20. Como lo viera no alcanzaba. Creo que es una burla a la salud de las personas, deberían renovar su personal.

Pesíma atención por parte de la recepcionista. Lleve a mi mamá al centro por una exámen y la recepcionista con pésimo disposición y para rematar nos grita para darnos la indicación de espera a lo cual le manifiesto que no me debe gritarnos, no es la forma y ella en vez de aclarar la situación sonrie de forma irónica. Las recepcionistas son la cara de acogimiento del centro un saludo cálido de bienvenida y una buena disposición es lo que ese centro necesita! Cambien a todas!!!!!
