La verdad es que no fue una grata experiencia hoy...íbamos por un rico café con algo dulce y la máquina de café estaba mala, no estaba, la tenían en reparación...en su reemplazo nos ofrecieron Nescafé, aceptamos pero, llegaron con un sobre de café de 1.8gr, osea, aparte de un asco de café en polvo, la taza gigante!! Luego nos cobran $1990 x c/café, la verdad, ese tipo de café debió ser "Cortesía de la casa" por el inconveniente de tener mala la cafetera en una "Cafetería" y x haberse equivocado además en una de las copas de helado que pedimos, cuyos dos sabores fueron equívocos!! Consejo, plan B, tenga un mejor café y cóbrelo como corresponda pero un roñoso sobre de nescafé, regálelo y no perderá clientes!!

A paradise for the sweet, cakes lovers. A big variety of cupcakes to choose and every single one is wonderful, the coffee is the best to complete this lovely experience. A very nice place, but the "music (the ugly and nasty reggaeton and variants)" doesn't match with the beautiful ornament for the coffee shop.

Me encanta este lugar, es un lugar muy acogedor y la atención es muy agradable. he consumido en el local y la atención es buenísima y también he pedido delivery y sólo una vez me faltó un producto, pero ofrecieron devolverme el dinero o enviármelo en un próximo pedido y así fue, cero drama!! El pan es exquisito al igual que los cupcakes, aunque recomiendo pedir mini cupcakes y disfrutar de la variedad, de los grandes ya con uno o dos es suficiente.

Muy linda experiencia en esta cafetería 💖 hermoso lugar, la atención buenísima. La comida que puedo decir, riquisimos cupcakes, yo diría unos de los mejores que he probado, el café helado muy bueno y la tetera de te chai se robó mi corazón❤️, lo mejor de todo muy económico, así q recomiendo mucho venir aqui si andan por Temuco, de verdad no se lo pierda, las 3b.💖💖💖
