Visite Jiren Sushi Viña del Mar el sábado 25 de julio a las 21:00 hrs. Si bien el producto final en plato no tuvo fallas técnicas (el handroll de pulpo con nori tenía buen punto de arroz y el de acevichada con salsa de mango estaba correcto), la experiencia global se vio seriamente afectada por una evidente falta de coordinación y gestión en sala, lo que no justifica de ninguna manera el rango de precios del local. Destaco los siguientes puntos críticos durante el servicio: * Gestión de la expectativa e información a destiempo: Al sentarnos, la mesera se nos acerca para avisar: "chicos tenemos una espera de una hora, 40 minutos". Este tipo de advertencias deben realizarse antes de acomodar a los clientes en la mesa, no cuando ya se ha entregado la carta. * Falta de montaje e insumos básicos: Nos asignaron una mesa sin los elementos esenciales (soya, salsa unagi), teniendo nosotros mismos que levantarnos a sacarlos de las mesas contiguas. * Desorganización y desinformación interna: Tras tomar el pedido, la garzona regresó a la mesa señalando: "chicos, saben, que la comanda no entró, me podrían decir lo que pidieron?". Rica comida, rápido el servicio y lo mejor esque los cortes estaban gigantes, todo fresquito 💞 si hubiera sido bueni tener una estufita afuera y adentro porque se sentía helado adentro y afuera estaba peor de frio, pero lo demás estaba 10/10 ✨

Conocimos hace poco Jiren Sushi Viña, lugar tranquilo y agradable, aunque lo esperaba algo más decorado. Pedimos gohan de pollo que esta sabroso 😋 y muy rico, y una tabla caliente de 30 piezas. Los bebestibles igual de buenos en el jiren de Valparaíso y Curauma...recomendado 100% 🍴😄

La comida en Jiren Sushi es rica y de precio medio, aunque la atención es regular. La puerta del baño es tan pesada que parece entrenamiento de gravedad, y el lugar necesita más ambientación. Lo entretenido fue ver casi completo un fanmade de Goku contra Saitama, un detalle que los fans de Dragon Ball seguro disfrutarán, aunque nos quedamos con la duda de quién gana.
