Siempre compramos handrolls y papitas , llegan calientitos y muy ricos. Una vez tuve un problema con las papas y dieron solucion inmediatamente. Nada que decir. Ojala mantengan siempre su calidad y disposicion a resolver inconvenientes. Recomiendo totalmente

Pésima experiencia. Retrasos en los pedidos, mala educación de parte de quienes atienden y reparten, sushis llegan fríos y en mal estado.

Pésima atención de parte las que atienden el mesón. Atienden de mala gana el teléfono, te hacen esperar más tiempo del informado y cuando uno les consulta se molestan. Solicité la devolución del dinero porque el pedido que hice no es como llegó y me extorsionaron diciendo que si yo no iba a devolver bajo mis medios el producto no me harían la devolución al siguiente día a pesar de que ya era muy tarde y había tenido que ir ya en dos oportunidades. Luego se demoran en hacer la devolución del dinero. Ya había ocurrido algo parecido anteriormente, buscaremos mejores opciones.

El producto es bueno, el servicio es HORRIBLE; la atención es malisima, haces un pedido de 2 te entregan 1, le dices soya y te dan agridulce, te dicen que en 10 min está listo esperas 25! Ningún disculpe, ninguna respuesta a la falta, entregan y chao, años comprando en el local, pero la toma de ordenes pucha que hace falto un poquito de interés!

Ya en 2 últimas oportunidades me salio pelo en el sushi a la primera me comentaron que no era su culpa por que en cocina nadie ocupaba el pelo largo, lo deje pasar y pense en que quizas se me paso a mi. Hoy volví a pedir y me salio otro pelo volví a reclamar y otra vez la misma excusa, osea 0 autocritica, era un pelo larguísimo y yo ocupo el pelo corto, osea que no se les puede pasar un pelo o la cajera tampoco se le pudo pasar, piden disculpas casi que por obligación pero no por que lo sientan. Nunca mas vuelvo a pedir ahí.
