Imagine a frozen supermarket pizza. Not a gourmet one, a discount supermarket one. Think LIDL, maybe Costco. Then imagine this pizza being served to you lukewarm, perhaps half-cooked, and paying $25 USD for it. Also imagine being asked an additional $4000CLP for a takeout box. $5US for a cardboard box. All served to you by an unsmiling Brazilian woman. If this sounds like your kind of place, then La Tarantella is for you. Honestly cannot understand how anyone who has eaten pizza before on earth could give this more than one star.

La Tarantella is a fantastic pizzeria that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food at La Tarantella was outstanding. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, which was cooked to perfection and loaded with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy, and the cheese was melted to perfection. I was also impressed by the variety of options on the menu, which catered to various tastes and dietary preferences. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. I feel sorry for the dog that ate the left overs because it was genuinely that bad. Zero effort by the owner of this place to make real pizza. It’s worse than the sort of pizza you find from frozen section of your average supermarket

Ordered one gnocchi and one fettuccini with white sauce. Both very delicious. Portions seemed large- we could have split one bowl between two people. Bowls come with a small roll of bread. This restaurant was nice because you could walk in and order food when every other restaurant is full or closed. Only about 3 seats inside so expect to take it to go.

Went here as we had to get something to eat quickly. Restaurant opened at 12 pm and we reached there. Ordered chicken pizza. For drinks had fresh pineapple juice which was really refreshing. Pizza was made in 10 minutes and taste was great. There are only two seats to dine in.
