Excelente atencion y disponibilidad de la señorita Jocelyn y don Raul, arrende un vehiculo muy rapido tenia una emergencia , todo fluyo el vehiculo en excelentes condiciones en realidad nuevo. Ademas me dejaron en el terminal , lo recomiendo totalmente!!

Arrendé un vehículo por trabajo, le dejé pagado y le di los datos de la empresa a la persona para que emitiera la factura y me la enviara, me dijo que si que no había problema que la enviaría despues, pero cuando vine a dejar el vehículo me di cuenta que me habían hecho boleta y ninguna solución, cero respeto por lo acordado, nunca más vuelvo a arrendar con ustedes, que mal rato, poco profesionalismo.

Con 1 semana de antelación realicé la reserva de un vehículo. El día de hoy 28 de enero, llamo para corroborar lo acordado y contesta una señorita que negó identificarse me responde, "arrendamos el vehículo" solicito una explicación o llegar a una solución, se niega, pido hablar con el encargado de la empresa y me corta la llamada. No saben lo difícil que es coordinar las vacaciones para que todo se arruine por una irresponsabilidad tan grande por parte de la empresa. LA PEOR ATENCION Y PARA NADA CONFIABLE.
