Cocktails, share plates and the widest range of gins and whiskies you’ll find in Patagonia! Last Hope is the perfect spot to celebrate your Patagonian adventure.
During the summer season (October to April) we open from 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, with free tours of the distillery at 5:30pm (in English) and 6:30pm in spanish. In the winter season (May to August) we open from 8pm, Thursday to Saturday.
We are not suitable for large groups and we do not take reservations.

The best welcome I've ever received in Chile. Great service. Nice show, you can see 3-4 bartenders preparing drinks at the same time. My peanut-butter cocktail was great!

drinks were amazing (faves were baile morena, it’s not LATTE (seasonal) and the ginger brew), food was amazing (please get the grillodon, and the sticky toffee pudding OMG), but the vibes were the most amazing. everyone working (shout out Anillo?) seemed to love working there. they provided great recommendations. cocktails were so reasonably priced. they even provided recipes of our favorite drinks and food. it absolutely lived up to the hype!

First time here and I loved it! The tour is worth it, Matthew did ours and he was engaging and funny. The gin is tasty, I ordered a cocktail and some food and was very happy with getting to have some calafate gin. My only regret is not remembering to buy a bottle to bring home. If you’re in town, this place is worth a stop, especially as a celebration after some hard hikes in the park. I will be back, and next time I’ll plan to do the gin lab where you can distill your own!

Loved it here! Everyone was super friendly, the cocktails were absolutely delicious, and we also really enjoyed the food. Prices are really fair too. We got there a bit after 5 on a Friday night and joined for the free tour as well, which was fun and informative. We had an all around great evening. Would definitely go again and 100% recommend.

Highly recommend! Such a great spot with good energy, delicious drinks and nice food. Their tours were super popular and all the staff was kind, welcoming and informed. We tried a few delicious drinks and got a lovely snack plate. I was super impressed with how gluten free friendly the snack plate was (even though it wasn’t indicated on the menu) - and such a good combo of flavors! Will definitely tell friends to go here. We bought some gin to take with us as well. Such a gem of a spot!
