Una total falta de respeto hacia el cliente. Piden un número de teléfono, pero ya viene marcado como +56 9 y es imposible cambiarlo. En resumen, te obligan a proporcionar un número incorrecto. Luego dicen que no pudieron entregar el pedido porque no pudieron contactarte por teléfono, aunque la dirección es perfectamente correcta: se trata de un hotel con recepción 24 horas.

Place seems well kept for customers. Orders take in average 10 to 20 mins. I though observe from some staff need to be more engaging with customers, as they seem robotic with no carisma, not asking for a fake smile but that you care to service the person in fron of you. And please care about the music you play inside the store... customers appreciate a good atmosphere.
