Had an amazing brunch experience at Mestiere Vitacura before heading out to ski in Santiago. Joswel, went above and beyond with service, helping us find exactly what we needed on the menu. The food was high in protein, perfect fuel for a day on the slopes, and the atmosphere was super cozy and welcoming. Genuinely a 10/10 spot to start your day. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Unfortunately, the food was average at best. I had the focaccia Benedict, and the focaccia did not taste fresh. The hollandaise sauce was also cold, which affected the overall flavour of the dish. On the positive side, the kitchen was very fast despite how busy the restaurant was. We were a table of four, and all dishes arrived together without a long wait. The highlight of the experience was our waitress, Michele, who was very efficient and always kept a close eye on the tables.

The place was packed, probably due to a promotion TopBrunch, which made the experience feel ..Meh🙈🤪. We sat down at 1:35 but only had our order taken at 1:50. The whole point of brunch is to enjoy a calm meal, but with the crowd and what seemed like an understaffed team, that wasn’t the case. 🙈🙈🙈🙈 The food was decent—3/5 overall, with generous portions. However, the croissant and bun weren’t great on their own; they only worked because of the salty toppings and Nutella. The food came out quickly, but getting the check took forever, even though we requested it when placing the order. The toilets were semi-clean, which is understandable given how busy it was. There’s a large outdoor seating area, and the girls on staff were polite, though the boys seemed stressed and less approachable.

This place seems to be a popular brunch spot, and maybe I just didn’t order the right thing, but I found it to be fairly basic. I got a caprese croissant sandwich which was a pretty good size, and good in taste but not necessarily amazing. I also got a fruit smoothie that was quite tart. The outside terrace was also simple with no particular vibe. Overall everything was just fine, so I don’t see the reason for the popularity. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well I gave this place a second chance, came with my daughter to enjoy a lovely breakfast and guess what... yep, they made it! Excellent service and food was very good, amazing flavors and don't miss at the end a perfect brownie! It is a must!!
