An excellent repair shop, miles above the rest in Puerto Montt. This is the only place I bring my car for repairs, and they've kept our little family Yaris running in perfect condition for years. Here the level of professionalism is evident from the moment you enter the shop, which is clean, orderly, and has all the machines and lifts necessary to provide any kind of service your vehicle might need. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and take the time to explain what is wrong with the car in detail so you not only understand exactly what you're paying for, but also learn about how your car works. They help you anticipate what work needs to be done, how and why, to keep it in optimal and safe condition. Highly and happily recommended.
