Popped in here for lunch as i saw a pic of tuna outside that looked brilliant. Ended up being tuna rapa nui which didnt disappoint. Also had the tuna tartar along with a glass of white and a coke zero and was excellent. Waiter was friendly and professional, food was prepared expertly and quickly. Only 4 for atmosphere as was quiet during lunch but would strongly recommend.

We really enjoyed this place, the food and the service was excellent. The fish tasted super fresh and the prices were decent. Would definitely come back.

woman was extremely rude to our party and suggested we sit by the door in 55 degree weather even though there was an empty table inside. she wouldn’t allow us to close the doors and didn’t want to clean the table further away from the door. when we asked why we couldn’t sit indoors, she said you cannot bc covid. but there were 3 other parties indoors. not sure if it matters that we’re asian.

The food makes it worth it. The place is a bit worn out, and the service is quite slow due to the lack of waiters, but it all makes sense when you get your plate. The sashimi is fresh and the sushi is creative. Prices are not steep at all and may even be cheaper than most of Japanese places in town, with much better fish quality. Definitely recommend
