Como muchas notarías toda atención lenta y cortante. Tiene poco espacio al interior.

Excelente notaría. Destaco la rapidez con la que responden tanto las llamadas telefónicas como los correos electrónicos, resolviendo de manera clara y eficiente cualquier consulta. Además, el notario demuestra una excelente disposición y profesionalismo. En general, la atención es de muy buena calidad y brinda una experiencia muy satisfactoria.

Realmente una muy mala experiencia. No publican sus tabuladores de precios ni tipos de servicios. Muy escasa atención. Primera vez que hago una compraventa en notaría y más aún en esta pero realmente muy mala experiencia. No informan bien, ni siquiera los montos a pagar antes de hacer proceder un documento y si lo hacen entonces no quieren dejarlo nulo y aún así cobrarte. Al final tuvo que solucionarme el mismo notario porque no querían aceptar la anulación. Además de eso no tienen siquiera un medio de pago bancario sino solo efectivo y transferencia lo cual limita las opciones aún más si vas a pagar un monto de 100mil pesos por toda la transferencia. Que lastima de verdad que todo el negocio de las notarias este tan arraigado en el país y que tengan estas actitudes al atender a las personas. Si desde un inicio se les comenta el desconocimiento e ignorancia en el tema como no pueden asesorar bien a sus clientes. Aparte no tienen siquiera el libro de reclamos a la vista.

Un poco desordenada la atención no respetan la fila de números, pero la atención del personal me parece muy buena Punto importante no aceptan tarjetas, solo pago en efectivo o transferencia

The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff. I've been to several notarios in Puerto Montt since moving here 15 years ago and this was the best.
