Excelente atención. Fui a realizar el trámite de firma de mi finiquito, que estaba gestionado en esta notaría, y la experiencia fue muy buena. La cajera fue muy amable y eficiente, y el personal de la notaría también destacó por su cordialidad y rapidez. Pude realizar todo el trámite en muy poco tiempo. Sin duda, un servicio profesional y totalmente recomendable.

Pésimo hoy asistí a firmar un contrato de arriendo de un local comercial. En la ocasión, me presenté con toda la documentación requerida de mi empresa (SpA). Sin embargo, al momento de entregarla, se me indicó que debía presentar un supuesto “certificado de administración”. Ante esto, consulté con el abogado que elaboró las escrituras de la sociedad, así como también revisé en la notaría correspondiente, confirmando que dicho documento no existe. Incluso ingresé a la página web de la notaría, donde es posible obtener certificados en línea, y verifiqué que el documento solicitado no figura dentro de los disponibles. A pesar de insistir en esta información en ventanilla, la respuesta fue reiterativa: debía obtenerlo de manera presencial le dije esto fue en Santiago allá entonces. Cabe señalar que no había nadie esperando atención y, aun así, había al menos tres funcionarias conversando entre ellas, sin disposición a revisar adecuadamente el caso ni entregar una orientación correcta. Debido a la urgencia, acudí a otra notaría, donde revisaron exactamente la misma documentación sin inconvenientes ni exigencias adicionales, permitiéndome continuar con el proceso con normalidad.
