Completamente absurdo como funciona. ademas de mala atencion. No se pueden ni revisar las escrituras publicas. hay que pedir copia por correo y encima no responden el correo en los plazos que se indica. es una tonteria

Hace un mes solicitamos la escritura, han pasado más de 20 días desde el depósito y aún no son capaces de enviar la escritura. Son unos sinvergüenzas o estafadores, no puede ser que ni siquiera sean capaces de responder un correo o dar alguna respuesta

Horrible la atención de esta notario, responsable de administrar y dar acceso al público a los registros judiciales que ella archiva. Me comuniqué por correo durantr 2 semanas y no dan respuesta alguna. La peor antención de un archivero judicial en Chile. Es una obligación imposible lidiar con esta oficina.

Asisti a solicitar un documento ,se me enttego un dia específico de retiro de éste y si en la fecha comprometida estaban mis documentos listos .eso vendría siendo como 1 semana después. Muy responsables.y por cierto la persona que atiende el archivo una persona mayor muy instruida en todo lo relacionado a los diversos temas del archivo,amable y simpática.

Me toco pedir una vigencia en el archivero. Voy el 19 de marzo y me dicen que es mejor que lo haga por correo donde a las 72 horas te entregarían el presupuesto. Lo envío el mismo día. Pasan 5 días no hay respuesta. Llego a fin de mes con 2 correos más enviados y nada. Me toca ir presencialmente para que me digan que al encargado de los correos se le había "olvidado" el mio. Un desastre la atención y gestión, claramente se ve que falta personal e inversión, para MODERNIZAR el servicio y se puedan efectuar solicitudes mediante página web. Por ahora es un desastre.
