Realicé una visita a Oh Qué Guay y, si bien la presentación de los productos y el concepto del lugar proyectan una propuesta más fina y con un enfoque natural, la oferta real no termina de alinearse con esa expectativa. Actualmente, solo cuentan con un par de opciones sin azúcar blanca, mientras que la gran mayoría de los productos utiliza azúcar refinada. Esto resulta llamativo, considerando que visualmente se percibe una pastelería con un enfoque más saludable o consciente. Sería una excelente oportunidad de mejora incorporar alternativas como azúcar morena, miel u otros endulzantes menos procesados, lo que permitiría diferenciarse y responder mejor a un público que busca opciones más equilibradas sin sacrificar sabor. Los productos se ven muy atractivos, por lo que ampliar esta línea podría potenciar significativamente la propuesta del local.
