Quería un cambio de look y después de asesorarme, Niki me realizó un tratamiento de iluminación con Babylights. El resultado me encantó, Niki fue súper dedicada y profesional para lograr un hermoso resultado. Me realizaron un masaje, corte de puntas y terminaron con unas lindas ondas. Totalmente recomendado. Me siento súper feliz y agradecida de todos quienes participaron para lograr este resultado.

I love my hairstylist Salvador. I came all the way from London to see him. He is great. He knows how to handle curly hair. Definitely, the best in town.

I trusted Palermo for my first haircut in Chile and I wasn’t disappointed. The vibe is nice, the stylists are friendly, Paula the manager speaks excellent English and Alfonso my stylist did a great job. I have short hair, so a good cut is crucial. The prices seem reasonable too. It’s my new go-to place.

I have been to Palermo before and had a nice experience. I booked online for a blow dry (brushing)and although they didn’t have my booking, they fit me in with a male hairdresser that gave me a great result. This time I did the same, booked online, with the next hairdresser available. I have a lot of hair and it is on the dry side, nothing a good hairdresser can’t manage... if I can... My hair was washed and no preparation was done for drying, no heat protection, no extras to prevent the frizz. Result, I left with my hair looking worse than if I had done it myself with the hotel hairdryer... So my take out is, if you know who you are seeing, fantastic, if not, be prepared.
