ayer ocurrió con mi marido algo desagradable ,pues compro un helado ayer viernes 12, al pedir el sabor del helado mi marido se equivocó y dijo "manjar " en vez de "crema manjar" lo cual la señora de mala manera le dice " que vea bien los carteles " .Lo cual mi marido fue directamente a la caja ,a pedir el nombre de la señora que lo atendió para hacer la queja ,me dio el nombre de "solange " pan y pan quilpue .

Las chicas que trabajan ahí en general son simpáticas, sobretodo una señora crespita flaquita pero las cajeras son groseras, todos los productos muy ricos y frescos 🙌

He ido por años ha cambiado bastante eso si pero la gente me ha recibido amablemente respetuosamente lo que si he visto que no siempre son amables pero también hay que atender que son personas y no todas amanecen en un buen día pero también no pueden atacar a la gente si está enojado pero acá recomiendo comprar pasteles son exquisitos los precios están bien con la calidad que tienen el pan aquí es exquisito también calentito tienen gran variedad tanto como en pan pasteles y venden además venden otro tipo de cosas lo que si lo único malo que se llena es bastante aquí entonces es inposible comprar a veces pero ya que lo conozco hace años siempre ha sido así y eso significa que la gente compra aquí por la comida es buena y de buena calidad y buenos precios lo que la gente que viene o gente nueva que conoce esta tienda se equivoca por qué hay 2 cajas una que es para pagar y otra que te pasan el ticket con el costo total entonces encuentro que deberían poner un cartel por que he visto harta gente que se confunde por eso.

Lamentablemente como todo lo bueno esto también se hecho a perder las tortas con el tiempo se han vuelto un desastre "secas, duras y en dos oportunidades ya me han dado tortas con una crema demasiado fuerte" espero lo solucionen ya que eso le juega en contra 🥹.

El mejor pan de Quilpué, y toda la variedad al mismo precio, además todo el día está saliendo pan calentito. Las tortas son baratas pero no tan buenas. La panadería es superior a la pastelería.
