Lamentablemente tuve una muy mala experiencia en la panadería olfo de avenida Valparaíso villa alemana el jueves 14 de diciembre fui a comprar un molde que venía con fecha de vencimiento 18 de diciembre .al día siguiente habri el molde y lo probé al darme cuenta venía con hongos fui a la panadería que me dieran alguna explicación o por lo menos disculpa.la niña que me atendió le expliqué lo que había sucedido con el molde y ella sin darme ninguna explicación me lo cambio por otro como sino paso nada .le pedí el libro de reclamo y cuando se lo entregue una vez terminado mi reclamo le dije por lo menos debería pedirme disculpa por el mal momento ya que es la cara visible del local y ella muy atrevida me dijo yo no debo por qué pedirle disculpa y alzó la mano con desprecio se dió la vuelta como si nada encontré una falta de respeto siendo que soy clienta de muchos años de la panadería olfo .pienso que uno como cliente se debe respeto y por lo menos una disculpa al cliente .nunca más compraré ahy en ese local y espero que la próxima vez tengan gente que sepa atender amablemente y que cuiden a su clientela.muy mala experiencia . Pésima atención

El mejor pan desde siempre! Delicioso y con distribución en muchos pequeños comercios locales de Quilpué y Villa Alemana. Si no puedes ir hasta esta panadería puedes buscarlo en tu boliche local. El lugar se mantiene limpio y siempre muy buena atención. Hay harta variedad en pan y pastelería. Recomendables!.

Mucha variedad en pastelería, espectacular presentación y limpieza... atención excelente del personal...la relación precio y calidad es muy buena. Absolutamente recomendable. Si quieres agasajar a la familia con alguna torta o pasteles, los puedes pedir con anticipación, ellos te atenderán ESPECTACULAR NOTA 7!!!!
