Excellente boulangerie 🙏 Merci Excellent bakery, friendly and welcoming staff. The carrot cake was delicious and all the products looked very good and hearty. I will come back 😊 Thank you

Had a scrumptious and warm out of the oven atypical cinnamon roll. Much thinner than normal which made it better to appreciate the delicate tastiness of the perfectly baked puff pastry layers. The ginger cookie got a bit tough the next day, yet still had great flavour, so I recommend eating the same day.

Small bake shop that, authentically, had no store a/c on the hottest day of our visit to Chile (90 deg F). Sweet breads, rather than desserts, appear to be their thing. The carrot cake/bread was superb. The apple bread and the chocolate-orange bread was also very good. Their "serving slices" are very wide, and we had to take home our purchases since it was too much of a good thing to eat in one sitting. Extremely good value if you like sweet breads.

A beautiful little bakery serving up some really wonderful baked goods. We had heard about the beauty of pastries in Santiago so wanted to hunt down some of the best. We definitely weren't disappointed in Gabilondo! The menu is simple, as is the range but everything in the place is clearly crafted with care. We had a croissant and a ginger biscuit, both of which came highly recommended and now we know, for good reason! Really wish we'd tried the wholemeal croissants as I've never seen those before. The ciabatta sandwiches were also pretty simple, but using great ingredients and top quality rolls ensured they were tasty, crunchy, soft and fresh. There are a couple of seats if you'd like to sit in but it's cosy. Probably best suited to grab and go. No coffee being served on the Saturday we went but everything else gets top marks.

Really quality pastry in a small shop. The carrot cake is one of the best I’ve had. Not too sweet and with generous amount of nuts! Owner is super friendly!
