Pésima experiencia. Hace tiempo tenía ganas de conocer esta pastelería y finalmente fuimos con mi pareja, pero lamentablemente la atención fue horrible. Cuando llegamos no había más clientes y quien creo era la dueña nos indicó que los trozos en vitrina eran los disponibles. Pedí un cheesecake de pistacho: visualmente muy bonito, con un color verde atractivo, pero sinceramente el sabor a pistacho era prácticamente inexistente. Mi pareja pidió un cheesecake de frutos del bosque y se notaba añejo; la mermelada estaba seca, esa típica textura que deja algo que lleva demasiado tiempo exhibido. Lo peor fue la atención. Nuestro pedido consistía literalmente en sacar los cheesecakes de la vitrina, servirlos y preparar las bebidas. Justo en ese momento llegó una señora a comprar una torta y ambas personas que atendían se enfocaron completamente en ella, dejándonos de lado. Nuestros postres llegaron recién cuando casi terminaban la venta y las bebidas aparecieron cuando prácticamente ya habíamos terminado de comer. Entiendo perfectamente que quieran concretar una venta importante, pero eso no significa descuidar por completo a los demás clientes. Había dos personas atendiendo y perfectament

Visité la Pastelería Bárbara R Bakery y realmente fue una experiencia muy agradable. El lugar tiene un ambiente acogedor y perfecto para darse un gustito. Probé una torta que estaba deliciosa, muy suave y con un sabor casero. También pedí unas crumble cookies que estaban increíbles, crujientes por fuera y con el equilibrio perfecto de dulzor. Para acompañar, tomé un ice latte que estaba súper refrescante, ideal para combinar con lo dulce. Definitivamente fue una muy buena experiencia y sin duda volvería para seguir probando más cosas del menú.

Excelente cafetería, productos muy ricos y bien preparados. Para mí es un plus enorme que sean flexibles con el tema de las leches, ya que la lactosa me cae muy mal y acá tienen una leche de avena sin gluten muy rica. Es la única cafetería en Curicó donde el café no me genera molestias. Muy recomendada.

Exquisita pastelería. Tienen por lejos, mis galletas favoritas de Curicó!!! La torta de carrot cake se volvió un clásico infaltable en todos mis cumpleaños y celebraciones😄😄 El lugar es precioso: siempre hay flores frescas en cada mesa y se nota el cariño puesto en todos los detalles🫶 spot típico para venir con mis amigas
