Buenas tardes y comento que por error mio no tome un producto comprado en el local y hoy al hacerle saber lo sucedido no hay una buena atención por parte de la administración y me indica que perdí el dinero ya que un producto que no fue manipulado ni habierto lo botaron a la basura. El monto no es muy alto pero creo que la poca empatía de dar solución a sus clientes deja mucho que desear.

Todo bien, el pan, pasteles, etc...pero no tienen una persona para la caja, las mismas personas que atienden, manejan la caja, me ha tocado 2 veces lo mismo y no se lavan las manos...

Hay 2 trabajadores malos y 1 bueno Hay una señora que apura mucho siempre dice que va a llevar, también hay otro señor que me dio el helado mal se le cayo y ni siquiera pude probarlo, hay un empleado que Ace su trabajo bien el no apura me dio risa cuando se le cayó el helado a un envase vacío y las la jefa después de que se le cayera el helado L a jefa me dio otro

Si quiere comer tortas y pasteles, ricas y frescas, este es el lugar. Eso si, es caro, pero vale la pena. Para un gustito, vale la pena.
