Mi novia es clienta hace tiempo y me regaló una torta de graduación. Cuando fuí al lugar a ver las tortas me atendieron de mala forma, quien estaba era una mujer de no más de 50 años. Me ofrecieron las tortas de mala forma. Al final pedí por la página. Hoy miércoles 29 de abril a eso de las 17:20 Hrs fuí a retirar mi torta de graduación y también la atención por parte de la señora que me envolvió mi torta fue mal educada, me pidió número de cliente y ni si quiera me confirmó si era ese. Envolvió mi torta de mala forma y también hizo lo mismo con la anterior. Al momento de envolverla por completo ni si quiera se despidió y no me dijo absolutamente nada. Muy ricas tortas, pero porfavor, vean a su personal.

Los productos de buena calidad pero la atencion es pesima, compre unos pasteles y al preguntar de que estaban hechos me contesto la chica del meson de super mala forma, de que eran al momento de pedirselos fue bastante poco atenta, diciendole 3 veces cuantos queria porque no me prestaba atencion, super desagradable la atencion. Si fuera porque los productos son ricos me hubiese ido sin comprar nada.

Las mejores tortas!!! Una rica variedad con y sin crema!! La atención es increíble por que de tanto que ves, cuesta decidirse y te asesoran con esmero.... Super recomendable.

No saben hacer selva negra , es solo crema sin frutos del bosque , responden qe ellos la hacen haci , no me devolvieron el producto , no dieron solución , pésimo servicio para nunca mas no lo recomiendo para nada

Soy cliente hace muchos años de esta pastelería, solo 1 vez tuve una queja y fue por el cambio en el manjar que creo, era distinto, pero sigo yendo por su excelente calidad, frescura y sabor. Nada que decir, muy recomendado. 10/10 La atención es igual de agradable.
