Réputation surfaite. J'ai pris une tartelette aux framboises. La pâte n'était pas au beurre, la crème pâtissière est très ordinaire et les framboises étaient des fruits décongelés. Petite portion pour le prix et pâtisserie faite avec des produits de base qualité.

Sinceramente, en pastelería fina, nadie supera a la Stefani. Los pasteles y tartas son lo mejor. El miloja es crujiente. Siempre hay un aroma rico y hay de todo. Se pueden encargar tortas, y venden brazo de reina muy esponjoso y con harto manjar. Hay galletas y también hay opciones para regalos.

We order a pie and bread pastry. Very good . If you want to enjoy very good pastries, go there. Loved it. The best. 5 star all day.

Une excellente pâtisserie. Je recommande la tartelette aux framboise, d'une grande finesse. Tarte au citron superbe. Cela fait des dizaines d'années que je retourne à la Pastelería Stefani quand je suis à Valparaiso.
