Hice una compra por la página web la cual se demoró dos horas y media en llegar a mi hogar. Al momento de realizar el pedido no hay información de cuánto va a tardar el despacho hasta después de pagar, que es cuando aparece que la demora es entre 90 minutos y 120 minutos. Llamé a las dos horas para preguntar por mi pedido y la chica que me atiende me dice que el pedido acaba de salir a reparto y corta. Pasa media hora y vuelvo a llamar, misma respuesta “el pedido está en reparto”. Me parece insólito tener que esperar dos horas y media, que es más que el tiempo que te dicen para recibir una pizza fría y de un repartidor que te atiende pésimo y te apura a que bajes a recibir la pizza (irónico). Pésima atención telefónica, la pizza fría (se demoró casi media hora en un trayecto de 10 minutos), por el precio y el tiempo de espera definitivamente no vale la pena. Pa no comprar nunca más en este local.
