Lo mismo que el comentario anterior, dice recibir conforme la vivienda y luego no se hace cargo de la garantía. Y todo lo del comentario anterior también nos paso a nosotros.

Se robaran tu garantía. Miles de excusas, hasta salen a vacaciones 6 meses al año para justificar porque no te la devuelven. Fíjate bien como te entregan tu apartamento, porque nunca recibirá reparación ni mantenimiento. Si te quedas sin agua caliente, tendrás que pasar toda la vigencia de tu contrato así, aunque todos los días tendrán excusa para justificar porque aún no la arreglan.
