Can’t say enough about this wonderful hotel. The location cannot be beat. The room, while small, was well appointed and the service in the lobby bar and restaurant fantastic. Thank you Maria Graciela, Constanza, Stephanie, Louisa, Javier, and Christian. We hope we can return someday. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view from the pool deck which is the 8th floor. Rooms were clean. Ours was a nice sea view which I’m not sure is worth it because we didn’t have a patio. Nice to see but I can go upstairs. Service was great. Had valet service for parking. You can get some traffic noise but I think that’s with any hotel along here. As far as hotels it looks nicer than most around here. 2 minutes to the beach, 18 minute drive to the main square in Valparaiso (Viña Del Mar seems nicer), 1.5 hours to Santiago.

Fantastic stay at the Pullman! The room was modern and comfortable with complimentary water, and while a little small, the ocean and Viña del Mar beach views were absolutely stunning. The location is perfect and breakfast was really good. Fabulous roof top bar and pool area with cocktails and eats overlooking the beach. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. The reception staff over New Year were outstanding—bilingual, friendly, and always willing to help. The bell porters were also incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed from 30/12/2025 to 01/01/2026 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
