Desde hace tiempo veníamos a este lugar, cuando se llamaba Su Sushi Food, el cual era excelente. Hoy, viernes 29 de mayo 2026, a las 20:00 llegamos al local para pedir 30 piezas de sushi y camarones apanados. Luego de la espera correspondiente, nos entregan el pedido, faltando los camarones. Hablamos con la mujer encargada de la caja, quien nos insiste que está todo en la bolsa. Volvimos a insistir que faltaban los camarones, pero ella nos insiste que está en la bolsa, que va todo adentro, retirándose ella al sector de la cocina. Procedimos abrir el pedido, para corroborar lo que nos entregaron e insistimos que faltaban los camarones. Nuevamente, la mujer nos dice (casi tratándonos como tontitos) que todo iba ahí, pero insistimos que no iban los camarones apanados. Se da cuenta de esto y revisa la boleta y el pedido, para corroborar si acaso nosotros nos habíamos equivocado o no. Luego de corroborar que si nos faltaba parte del pedido, nos hace esperar para entregarnoslo. Primera calificación negativa es por la atención del personal, por la poca preocupación hacia el cliente, no asumir el equívoco y ofrecer alguna disculpa. Anteriormente tuve una buena experiencia pero en el local. Hoy solicité un pedido sencillo que me indicaron que se demorarían entre 30 a 40 minutos en venir a dejarlo, se demoraron una hora y media. No atienden llamado, su servicio fue DEPRORABLE!!!. NO DAN RESPUESTA.
