Excelente lugar para entrenamiento personalizado, la profe siempre atenta y adecuando muy bien las intensidades en los ejercicios realizados, sumamente recomendable!

Recomiendo al 100 % muy buena experiencia, sesiones personalizadas, no más de 4 personas, la profesora preocupada de cada uno de sus alumnos con adecuado seguimiento, asesoría y compromiso. En mi caso me ha ayudado a recuperar mi estado fisico y la motivación para retomar la actividad fisica
