Great place! I was here a couple times both for food and to have a drink and use the WiFi. Nice chill atmosphere, good food and great service.

Sadly can only give 1 star. When we visited the place was nearly empty, but warm. We were served by a young man who was rather robotic and did not smile once. Food arrived in a reasonable time. Portions were decent but quality was poor. Veggies overcooked, meat not good. Then the big shock: my wife had ordered some meat and was asked what she wanted on the side, with a choice of fries, potatoes, veggies etc given. She asked for half veggies half rice. We were then charged the same amount as the actual meat dish for the sides. The waiter claimed no sides were included, even though fries were shown in the picture. After long and rather tedious negotiations which involved threats to call the police, we settled on paying half the charge for the sides and obviously removed the tip. To top it all the ketchup supplied was off and had expired many months ago. Zero apology offered. So overall avoid please. A shame as the place has a cosy feel. Why can they not be friendly and serve decent food? +++ Update following the restaurant's response: good try, though you did not mention the expired ketchup and whilst sounding logical, your explanation was a bit off. You can see from the photos take

We ordered a mojito and a coke. Then we ordered a chicken sandwich and the shish kabob platter. They served us a steak sandwich, which was massive, with a plate full of fries. The steak was both under seasoned and chewy. The shish kabob had four skewers and a plate full of fries. Parts of the shish kabob were excellent, the chicken. The chorizo had an off flavor. The streak was well seasoned but parts were chewy. Overall it was an ok meal but way too much food. I would try again but only for the chicken and split a plate.

On Sunday at Punta Arenas, the restaurants and bars are usually closed. So we are very happy to find Restaurant Azuca open. We entered, expecting nothing too much. Instead, we were very delighted with the food, service, interior of the restaurant and good music. The portion were big and prices reasonable.

Came across this place looking for a place to eat on a Sunday night. Apparently Punta Arenas goes absolute silent on Sunday evenings which was something we didn't account for. After trying some options we ended up here. One of the few places (if not the only one), that takes in customers after 8/9 ish. Looking at the menu you can see the telltale sign of too many options. But a hungry man takes what he can get. After scrolling the options I ordered the lamb shank with wine sauce accompanied by fries. The lamb was bland to taste and a bit tough and very cold. The wine sauce comes in a little cup and just tastes like sugary wine. I've had lamb 3 other times in Punta Arenas and they are all amazing. So this was a let down. The fries were ok but a bit dampy, did the trick tho. I mean they're fries. I don't mean to sound too harsh but I can't help but feel like the lamb was wasted potential. The staff was hard working and helpful tho. Very professional and provided a wonderful service. I hope there are other dishes here that are more their speciality and people seem to leave satisfied so don't judge them just off of my review. I'm just sharing my experience. Even while writing this re
