Me da mucha pena escribir esta reseña porque la comida es realmente rica, pero el servicio sigue siendo muy deficiente. Esperamos cerca de 50 minutos por nuestros platos y, durante todo ese tiempo, nadie se acercó a informarnos sobre la demora ni a ofrecer una explicación. Lo más frustrante es que esta es la tercera vez que nos ocurre algo similar. Entendemos que pueden existir retrasos, pero la falta de comunicación y preocupación por los clientes deja mucho que desear. Es una lástima, porque la calidad de la comida merece mucho más que la atención que están entregando actualmente. Espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto, porque realmente nos gusta el lugar.

Pésima experiencia. Estuvimos esperando más de dos horas para conseguir una mesa, mientras el dueño (camisa celeste) permitía el ingreso de sus amistades sin respetar el orden de llegada. No solo nos ocurrió a nosotros, también vimos que otras personas estaban en la misma situación. Durante la espera permanecimos en la terraza, sin sillas y sin calefacción, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más incómoda. Cuando finalmente logramos sentarnos, el mismo dueño nos pidió que nos levantáramos para ceder la mesa a un grupo de amigos suyos. Al intentar conversar con él, solo recibimos excusas y ninguna solución. Respecto a la comida y los tragos, la relación precio-calidad deja mucho que desear. Los tragos estaban desabridos y con precios excesivos. Como ejemplo, una porción de papas fritas costaba $9.990 y la cantidad era mínima. Dejé mi reclamo en Instagram con la intención de expresar mi descontento, pero en lugar de recibir una respuesta, me bloquearon. Primera y última vez que visito este lugar. Una experiencia muy desagradable y una atención que demuestra poca consideración por los clientes.

Great atmosphere and plenty of food choices. Amazing love performances at the end of live show it turns into a full night club. Fantastic local drinks with and extensive selection of drinks choices as well as a great list of local wines and champagnes.
