Domingo 12 de julio 2026. Hoy quise almorzar comida chilena, recorrer la ciudad y encontrar un lugar. Al ver la calificación de este Restorant, lo elegí. Creo que la calificación es algo generosa. Pedí congrio con puré y pagué $20.000 por un trozo insípido de congrio y un puré muy común, si la comida sorprende, no duele pagar de más. Honestamente lo único que me sorprendió fue lo pretencioso del valor del plato, porque no le hizo justicia alguna. Fui con la mejor intención, respeto y disposición de probar comida chilena. Sin embargo, en mi experiencia, la comida chilena lleva más amor. Sé que quien lea esta reseña entenderá perfectamente a lo que me refiero.

Fui a comer al Tomo y Obligo antes que nada se nos dijo que solo habia como menú del día "Chalquican con huevo", y que "habia de todo lo demás". Pedimos cazuela de pollo y chachareros, la cazuela de pollo estaba pasada y los sándwich con pan recalentado.... El pollo se notaba que era de días...Mala experiencia al paladar, es real la opinion y lo siento mucho...Además carísimo!

Nada que decir de la comida, 10/10. Pero la atención deja mucho que desear, Llegas y no te atienden despues de 10 minutos que recien te pasan la carta, luego tienes que esperar casi 2 horas para que te traigan lo que pediste. Y te lo sirven a la mesa de forma prepotente. Cuando vas a pagar, ni te preguntan si deceas dejar la propina voluntaria. Llegan y te la cobran. Pesimo servicio. Y supuestamente el postre es de cortesía de la casa, olvidalo, no te lo dan.

Pésimo!!!! No volvemos mas con mi familia Al llegar la garzona pasó al lado nuestro y ni nos miró siniquiera para saludar u ofrecer mesa. Tuvimos que sacar carta nosotros y luego nos sentamos. Después tuvimos que llamar a la garzona para que nos atendiera, y cuando llegó... sin ganas de atender , ninguna motivación, nada. El pebre que nos llegó malísimo, era cebolla con jugo, el pan heladisimo, como si hubiese estado en el refri... Esperamos alrededor de 50 minutos para que nos trajeran los platos... estábamos que pagábamos lo que tomamos y nos íbamos al pollo caballo que está al lado. Primera y última vez que venimos acá, pésimo. La única respuesta que nos dio la garzona referente a la demora (porque mi mamá le dijo que ya llevábamos mas de 30 minutos esperando), fue "es por orden de llegada que salen los platos" y mi mama le dijo.. y en la semana es igual? Y dijo que si (LOL) En otra mesa se equivocaron en cómo se hizo el pedido.. a mi la carne en vez de llegar 3/4 (lomo) llegó cocicidisima y la garzona me dice "papas mayos con carne cocida".. para eso me pido carne al jugo o mechada... No volvemos más.
