Keep this place quiet! It's a gem. Excellent seafood dishes and the best steak I've tasted anywhere in Concepcion. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Upstairs by ChileXpress on a side street. Not far from the Central Plaza. Congratulations chef. Thanks to my server. This spot is a keeper!
