Llevo más de 10 años haciéndome la manicure permanente casi sin descanso y sin ningún problema, está vez me las hice ahí y me dejaron el lecho de la uña muy adolorida y el esmalte se puso arenoso al segundo dia, ahora tengo las uñas súper debiles, la chica q ma las hizo me las saco con torno mientras conversaba con la clienta del lado

Mala atención al cliente, tienen una promoción de manos y pies permanentes a 38.900 y me cobraron 45.000 por manos permanentes y pies sólo cortas y retirar esmalte.. Lo cual no tiene sentido (no me hize la permanente de los pies por ahorrar) pero Alfinal salió más caro no hacérmelas, al decirle esto a la persona encargada me dice que es mi culpa por no estar enterada de la promoción la cual nadie me mencionó que existía…. Lamentable a la hora de fidelizar Clientas antiguas

Pésima atención de las trabajadoras, llevé a una amiga a que le quitarán el esmalte de uñas y el trato dejó muchos que desear, una brusquedad en el procedimiento al nivel que mi amiga les sacó en un momento la mano porque le dolió mucho. Al momento de decirles que a mí amiga le había afectado el procedimiento, porque le dejaron las uñas muy sensibles, delgadas, y tomaron un color rojizo, reaccionaron de mala manera, diciendo que les estábamos faltando el respeto cuando fue totalmente lo contrario, estábamos en calma y sin insultar ni elevar la voz. Tan mal la atención que todo esto ocurrió en presencia de otras clientas siendo que nosotros no queríamos hablarlo en "público" para no afectar la experiencia de los demás. No volvería a llevarla ahí por ningún procedimiento y mucho menos recomendarle el lugar a alguien.
