Ruta del Asador invita a encontrarse con el real sabor sureño y a disfrutar de una experiencia diferente en Chile, en la capital de la carne, la ciudad de Osorno. Hablamos, de un restorán que habita un galpón de 1940 con materiales reciclados y rincones repletos de historia. Traemos, a tu mesa, carnes de primer nivel provenientes directamente de nuestras pampas, con el fin de crear, una experiencia en el paladar de aquellos privilegiados que nos visiten. Estan libres de aditivos y preservantes! Ya que el hombre no solo vive de carne, también tenemos pescado, patos, y ensaladas entre otros! Contamos con una cava para los amantes del buen vino!

Unique atmosphere, great food, friendly staff. This place has character, make sure to do not avoid this place when visiting the region!

Lovely restaurant. Was once a cattle house so it has a really rustic atmosphere. Very friendly service. Our lomo vetados were cooked perfectly and the flaming chocolate volcano was a beautiful display !

My favorite steakhouse in Osorno. I appreciated that they had a menu in English, although I do wish they had a wine menu instead of taking you personally into their wine room.

One of the best restaurants we‘ve been to in Chile! If you are around Osorno, you need to have dinner here! The food is incredible and the staff is really friendly! The location is great!
