Unfortunately, I can’t share all the positive reviews here. I am actually quite disappointed with the whole experience. I contacted the salon via WhatsApp beforehand and sent pictures of my hair as well as the result I wanted. Based on those pictures, I received a price estimate. When I arrived after driving one hour from Los Andes, they quickly checked my hair, asked again what I wanted, and increased the price by CLP 30,000 compared to what I had been quoted beforehand. Honestly, for that price I would never have booked the appointment in the first place. But since I had already spent the time driving there, I decided to give it a try. They had told me beforehand that the appointment would take 3–4 hours because they work especially slowly. I have been getting the same type of highlights for around 30 years, and the longest I had ever spent at a hairdresser was about 3.5 hours, so I honestly didn’t expect it to take that long. In the end, I was there for 5.5 hours! The result is not bad at all and looks nice, but it is not “wow” or anything I haven’t had before — for me, it is simply okay/average. I honestly don’t understand what required 5.5 hours. Luckily, I didn’t have to

I went to Chike for a business trip and needed a good haircut and other treatments .. they helped me out a lot, very nice people, clean, respectful, affordable and easy to access.. will recommend to anyone visiting to stop by and get a haircut ..

Had the best experience here at Veranvior. As soon as I entered the salon I was greeted by the lovely Helena who offered me tea and coffee and showed me to my seat. Cata did an amazing job on my touch up and I was so happy with the result! A great place to go if you’re on the move and looking for somewhere to get your hair done. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Patricia did an excellent job blow-drying and styling my thick hair—it looked smooth, bouncy, and beautifully finished. She also treated me to a nourishing hair mask and a relaxing scalp massage, which made the whole visit feel extra pampering. I left feeling refreshed and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend!
