Pedimos 2 gohan y 2 cortes, nos dijeron que vendrían 3 soyas y APARTE compramos 2 una unaguis extras y solo llegaron 2 soyas, además de que se demoran un montón en responder y cobran excesivamente por las salsas. Los Gohan tienen 2/3 de puro arroz y los cortes se desarman solos, muy mala experiencia!

Pésimo servicio, los sushis se desarman al tan solo sacarlos del envase. El servicio es pésimo, cuando preguntas algo te responden cualquier tontería y para mas remate te cobran cualquier estupidez. Primero me dijeron que la Teriyaki valía $1.000, cuando llego al local me cobraron un precio exhorbitante y les dije que porqué me salió tanto la cuenta y resulta que me estaban cobrando $1.500 por cada teriyaki, a todo esto pedí tres. Sumé todo y tampoco me daba el valor que me estaban cobrando y cuando les digo que no me calza el valor, me dicen que sale $2.000 cada teriyaki. Mas encima la teriyaki es envasada y de super mala calidad! Debería darles vergüenza atender de esa manera, claramente mi denuncia la iré a dejar al SERNAC.

Could see the chefs laughing at us through the window to the kitchen, also when we were talking to the cashier they yelled “We don’t speak English here”. Spanish is not our first language and it felt like they didn’t want us in the shop because of this. It is a shame because the girl behind the counter was kind to us, and the sushi was pretty good.

Way too much cream cheese inside and we didn't get any wasabi with it. Very different from European sushi.
