Lo encontré por internet y les envié unas consultas por el formulario de su sitio web, me responden que tengo que hacer las mismas preguntas a un teléfono. Les digo que en lo que se demoraron en responderme el correo me podrían haber dado la información, que buscaré otra peluquería y me responden soberbiamente "Perfecto busque otra peluquería, esa es la forma en la que trabajamos". Es decir, la forma en la que trabajan es poco clara (para qué tener un formulario de contacto que no responde preguntas), poco efectiva (tiempo para responder correos pero no responder consultas) y con total falta de profesionalismo en el trato. Si responden así, sólo puedo asumir que la atención en el local es igual de carente.
