Pésima experiencia. La peor atención que he recibido en un supermercado. Compramos carne en este local y al momento de la compra no había ninguna señal evidente de que estuviera en mal estado. Sin embargo, al cocinarla y probarla, el sabor era absolutamente asqueroso. A los pocos minutos la carne comenzó a ponerse negra, algo completamente anormal. Claramente era un producto que no estaba en condiciones para el consumo, y perfectamente podríamos habernos intoxicado. Volvimos al supermercado con lo que quedaba de la carne cruda para hacer el reclamo correspondiente. Lamentablemente, la situación fue aún peor por la actitud del personal. Una supervisora se negó en todo momento a entregar su nombre. Tomó la carne, la pesó y decidió arbitrariamente hacer una devolución parcial del dinero. Cuando le indiqué que la Ley del Consumidor es bastante clara en estos casos, simplemente se fue a buscar a otro supervisor. El segundo supervisor también se negó a identificarse, me dejó hablando solo y con una actitud soberbia, prepotente y completamente irrespetuosa insistió en que solo podían devolver una parte del dinero. Lo más preocupante es que no manejan en absoluto la Ley del Consumidor,

OJO CON SUS BOLETAS , compraba frecuentemente ahí por que me queda cerca hasta que me di cuenta que en varias boletas no respetaban el precio publicado siempre paga más de lo que yo estaba sumando hasta que me di cuenta que la jefa de las cajeras tiene un arreglin con las boletas una señora gordita de moño la cual le reclame por un cobro extra y ella se hizo la desentendida con los precios publicados y tomando una actitud defensiva… me devolvieron 2 Lucas y me cobraron 2550 por una oferta que estaba a $250 esta señora no me dejó entrar para ir a buscar el precio lo hizo ella claramente por algo . No es primera vez que ella hace diferencias con precios ya puestos NO VUELVO MÁS .
