Terrible atención al cliente, ya voy por el tercer encargo que he hecho en su aplicación y siguen dando problemas, la primera se les olvido una bolsa y tuve que esperar 1 semana para la devolucion, ahora tube un problema con que la tarjeta excedia el maximo y tenia 54 mil pesos y lo que compre valia 52 mil pesos, y la tercera me cambian el envio para el otro dia, nada que ver lo que hacen, mejoren la capacitación de sus trabajadores que no hacen bien su pega y hacen las cosas por las puras nomas.

PESIMA ATENCIÓN. Ingresaron todos los datos para poder realizar factura utilizando mi Carnet en foto, luego voy a la caja para realizar la compra y me dice que tiene que se carnet físico. Entonces para qué hacen demorar y perder tiempo agregando los datos, no habría perdido todo ese tiempo si hubieran sido claros, es un contra mensaje dejar cargar los datos para facturar con foto y que después en caja no. No voy mas a este lugar lamentablemente por falta de buena atención y claridad en sus indicaciones.

Siempre hay filas largas, pocos cajeros, además de eso, hoy no habían toallas húmedas de limpieza, los pasillos los usan de almacenamiento.
