Íbamos con muchas expectativas, pese a que sabíamos que The Coffee Alto Las Condes no está ubicado en un punto muy estratégico. Sin embargo no nos importó. Lamentablemente la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. Habían dos personas atendiendo (30 de junio, 19hrs aprox), no puedo decir mucho de ella pues “hizo lo que pudo con lo que sabía”, pero él fue un tanto apático. Respecto al café, bien olvidable diría. Parecía agua con leche y saborizante de café, vale decir que además estaba tibio. En cuanto al matcha, definitivamente hay mejores. Me gustaría agregar lo último… Hay algo que quizá se ha ido olvidando en el tiempo; el cliente NO está haciendo un favor, al cliente le están prestando un servicio, el cual tiene un costo que debe dejar satisfecho a ambas partes. Pudimos haber obviado que los bebestibles estaban insípidos, si la atención nos hubiese cautivado, pero la experiencia en general fue deficiente, así que por supuesto que no volveremos.

The food smells disgusting and taste even worse. Never going to eat here again. Got coffee and matcha cookie and coffee was ok but cookie was so bad I couldn’t even swallow it

La cafetería es súper linda, amé toda la comida y el servicio al cliente es excelente. La barista valeria y el staff estuvieron 10/10. Lo recomiendo mucho, de verdad. ♡
