My colleagues and I highly enjoyed this restaurant experience. They have delicious fresh food and with generous portions. We were a huge group of mostly English speaking folks and the restaurant team comprised of Araceli, Ignacio, Christian, and Fernando were super patient, very kind and professional. We highly recommend this place. (Hope I got everyone's names correctly!) Thank you for the experience!

Not sure if the food is good but seemed to have good reviews and photos looked good of steak at least. But we will never know. We arrived at 12:40 because google says they are open at 12:30. Nope. Informed they aren’t ready and they open at 1pm. Strangely their blackboard sign says they are open everyday and actually on Sunday they open 12pm! How strange! And no explanation when I mention that. They do seat us to wait the 15 min but don’t even bothering offering water and not smart enough to offer a drink (they could be selling things in the meantime but no) so we are left to twiddle our thumbs. Lesson here is a good business especially in restaurants isn’t just food taste and quality, but service and hospitality. I would actually say that customer service is actually more important and they failed miserably. I don’t care how good your food is, take care of the clients. I will never allow my family to eat there so unfortunately for them, they just lost a client who eats out frequently and loyal when the place is good. They will get ñaño our business. UPDATE: The response by owner is exactly the issue. Instead of taking criticism, the answer was to attack. Lack of customer service

Without a doubt the best restaurant we visited in Temuco. The Asado de tira al carmenere was so good that I asked my girlfriend if she would let me marry the cook. No joke. The wine was perfect, the desert was perfect and Christian the waiter was so nice, it was a pleasure to eat and drink there. We visited the restaurant 2 Times in 4 days and i say it again: Ansonsten who has a tongue should try the Asado de tira al carmenere because the meat and the sauce is so good that words can hardly describe it. Thanks to the whole staff and the kitchen. In the end I did not marry the cook by the way. Thank you The Nanos and whoever is the Boss (of the 2 restaurants they have): Well done with the quality and the service. The only minus is the menu which was only available via phone and not as a physical card but that is the only thing (and the staff helps in any way they can with everything) so: Enjoy people and have a great time.

This restaurant is the best in Temuco. The best food and the best staff. Super accommodating and so friendly. The portions were big and the food was amazing. The meat was cooked perfectly. Everything. 10/10 recommend!

Visiting from Australia and wanting to eat good, delicious, fresh and comfort food. I invited my mum to #theñañostemuco as I used to frequent the same restaurant but in #lican Ray. My mum & I had such a good pisco sours accompanied by my favourite 'sopaipillas' and then we enjoyed the most delicious slow cook 'asado de tira al Carmenere' and as a side dish a palmito-avocado salad. We finished with a huuuuuge ice-cream in a cup. Come and enjoy an amazing food, relaxing atmosphere and friendly service!
