Found a Black stone in the the black beans 🫘 so lucky someone didn’t break a tooth… The service was slow. When I first entered I asked to sit in an area away from the smoking 🚬 area because of my asthma and was to that area wasn’t open. The smoke was very strong where we were sitting .

Would give it a 3.5 but cannot give it a 4, so giving 3 stars. I get it that customer service is not as great here in Chile as in other countries, but at times when we go to this establishment, the waiters seem more concentrated on talking with each other. There have been times that we waited up to 10-15 minutes to order a drink. Not cool when your glass is empty for more than 10minutes. Drinks is something that Chilean restaurant owners should focus more on, since drinks are usually the highest profit margins for a restaurant (think Chileans don't get this concept). A great server will ask you if you want another drink when they notice you are almost done with the current one. Usually we have to flagged them down as they don't even scan their guests tables to see if anyone needs help. Super friendly though and love the food. This only seems to happen in high end establishments here in Chile, or restaurants in other countries. Focus more on the customer and I would definitely give this place 5 stars, for I have been there several times, and everyone is super nice and food is great. Could be 5 stars but it is not.

With four booths available and an empty restaurant at 8pm, we were denied the seats because they fit four people and we were a part of two. Meanwhile another four person booth was occupied by two people. Ridiculous to deny service at a booth with an empty restaurant, and allow another two person party to occupy the same seats

It is a great place, totally loved the food and service. The restaurant makes you feel close to restaurants in Mexico. They drinks are amazing. You can come with any size of friends. Recommend for both small groups and large.

Typical overpriced Mexican food and drinks. Sleepy staff. At least the outside seating is nice.
