Vine a retirar una compra online que realice online por la fecha se entiende que estén ocupados no es primera vez que voy a retirar pedidos online y siempre la entrega a sido al fondo de la tienda donde se supone es servicio al cliente... esta vez ninguna persona me quiso atender y me dijeron que para compras online debía hacer la fila en caja lo cual por razones lógicas uno compra para ir a retirar no para hacer una fila adicional si no voy y lo compro precisamente... prisma lq atención ninguna solución contestan de mala manera ... tiendas en estas fechas que deberían tener mas personal con suerte 4 personas y yo que no tengo tiempo porque como todos trabajamos me mandan a hacer una fila interminable en caja cuando lo que necesita era la entrega de mi producto en servicio al cliente .
