They have a good product range but I queued up for 1 hour because they only had 3 cashiers open while the queue was more than 15 meter each queue…

Very busy but they got many selections with good price in town. Just some fruits they sell are not in good condition or too early to be put in the store.

An absolute mess. Management need to address the extensive queuing and how to manage payment effectively. Only one till was open until the queue went to the back of the store, only then did they open a second, by which point it was way too late. A lot of staff but not in the right place when needed. Queuing for well over 30 minutes.

Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes in the queue. The first time, I gave up and went to another, smaller store. I really wanted some specific things from unimarc for the W trek. The second time I waited 60 minutes. Ridiculously inefficient service at the registers. The queue would not move for 20 minutes at a time. I have been waiting even longer more now. I would give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely disastrous service at the register. I don't know WHAT they are doing to make it take so long.

I generally don’t post reviews of grocery stores, but there is definitely some lack of cleaning and general common sense happening. The fruits and veggies were ok at best. But what warrants the low rating is that day 1 when I went there the main aisle where everyone lines up had boxes and plastic strewn on the floor. After seeing some older gentlemen almost trip on it, I decided to pick it all up and put it out of the way on a couple of the shelves. The only reason I’m posting is that I went there the next day to buy some bread, I was shocked to see some of the box pieces still on the shelf. I can’t believe that a day later they wouldn’t have cleaned it up. This is just a general example of the poor focus on cleanliness and safety at this store.
