I had a rather awful experience. I went ro have coffee this morning,in a semi empty cafe,waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone take my order and was ignored everything I raised up my hand.Then they came an old couple which a waiter attend them immediately. When I asked her why she is not taking my order and I am going to talk to the manager she justice a gesture and said okay!While I am complaining to the manager the other waiter jumps in and tells me I have no right ro talk in this way and this is not their job to serve me!Awful stuff and horrible management!
