Llevo 2 meses viniendo y ya no me pierdo, haré lo que esté a mi alcance para continuar en este gimnasio. Lo que más me agrada del box es que nunca me sentí juzgada como en otros gimnasios, nadie te mira raro o se molesta porque no haces los ejercicios como ellos o te demoras un poco más, al contrario, todos te motivan aunque no estés en su clase. Aun no me animo a las clases grupales (pq primero hice fundamentos y ahora me di un mes de personalizado con la Sofi) pero mi hijo de 15 años sí asiste a las grupales (con su plan TEENS) y son bacanes, clases de tamaño preciso para los dos profesores presentes y que están constantemente vigilando tu técnica para enseñarte los movimientos de forma correcta. Tengo 50 años y este será el último gimnasio de mi vida, acá me quedo y si puedo, traeré a toda mi familia para acá :) .

Ideal para principiantes, llevo casi 4 meses y es mi primera experiencia. Los coach están permanentemente enseñando técnicas, reforzando los movimientos y preocupados de cada uno según sus capacidades. Tengo compañeros que son una máquina y entrenamos todos juntos con el profe pendiente de la ejecución y el nivel. Por eso he tenido CERO molestias. He progresado un montón y puedo sentir y ver los cambios fisicos. Muy agradecida de todo el equipo. Mención especial para el profe Matias Miranda, Gio, la Flo, la Mapi, la Pascal y Gabo. Tremendo equipo de lujo que tienen en acción. Felicitaciones.

Tengo 1 año y Acción me cambió la vida, logré sentirme acogido y cm en casa, los coachs son un 10 todos yo diría que un 11, se avocan a enseñar y a motivarnos a creer en nosotros, el box, súper cómodo. Si pudiese darle más estrellas lo haría.

Accion was my oasis for the past four years. I've seen many lives changed through this community and know that it could not possibly be in better hands. The owner cares deeply about his athletes and coaches. This gym will only get better with time. If you're looking for a box in Santiago, go no further than Accion 💪
