For anything on wheels, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Before a road trip check tyres, brakes and lights; the concession highways have tolls, 93, 95 and 97 petrol and diesel are sold at stations of several brands, and in the north, the mountains and along the Carretera Austral there can be long stretches without services. Ask for a quote before work starts and whether parts are original or aftermarket; before the annual roadworthiness test (revisión técnica) and before the holidays, have brakes, tyres, lights and battery checked.

Friendly honest mechanics. We had broken bushings on our van. Arrived at 9am. English speaking staff which made communication so easy for me. Car fixed and back on the road in 3hrs. Great experience.

We had a troubling problem with our cooling system. The mechanics communicated well. Their work was smart and methodical . They were very efficient in their work. I highly recommend them.

I drove in Argentina with defective shock absorbers on my Sprinter. Even Mercedes dealers couldn't help me. That's why I asked Felipe Adriazola if I could order special 4x4 off-road shock absorbers in the USA and have them delivered to his address. That was no problem for him. And he professionally installed them on my Sprinter for less than half the price of the Mercedes dealer. He speaks good English and responds immediately to WhatsApp contact.

Great support to get our car fixed and road ready as quickly as possible. English speaking workshop staff which makes it way more easy to understand the process if Spanish is a bit limited. Highly recommend!
