La ubicación está perfecta. El único problema es que no dan ganas de estar en el local. Hay una mala disposición por la recepcionista. Siempre que hemos asistido es la misma actitud, cortante, local sin sillas disponibles, no ofrece servir en el local lo que uno compra. Niega la atención al baño, hay que pagar aunque uno consuma en el local y siempre existe el pero del que no se puede ocupar porque está recien aseado.

Me pareció muy buena la idea de poner esta especie de muelle con mesas y sillas para comer algo de la tienda. Bonita vista sobre todo para un dia de sol en Valdivia. Los precios del almacén no son altos, diría que son iguales que en cualquier otro local de helados y tortas. Creo que si deberían preocuparse por mantener las lonas que dan sombra, ya que cuelgan por todos lados dando una sensación de desorden.

Claro — aquí tienes una versión breve, clara y efectiva para Google Maps: ⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ Lo positivo: el lugar es bonito y su ubicación al borde del río Calle Calle invita a entrar. Lo negativo: esperamos más de 10 minutos por dos limonadas que estaban muy aguadas, con poco dulzor y baja densidad. A $4.000 cada una, la relación precio-calidad es deficiente. La carta QR solo mostraba coctelería y nadie nos orientó con alternativas. Pedimos además una botella de agua para nuestra perrita y nunca llegó. Para pagar tuvimos que levantarnos al mesón porque no tenían máquina en mesa. Tiene buena energía, pero aún le falta madurar en servicio y foco en el cliente.

Día largo frio y lluvioso. Caminando de vuelta al apartamento pasamos a tomar un chocolate caliente , comer un trozo de Kuchen y disfrutar las vistas. Se nota hay cariño en el lugar está lleno de detalles y la ubicación y vista son espectaculares. La atención fue muy buena, el chocolate estaba bien, el kuchen de nuez alemana uffff 12 de 10 . El lugar invita a la contemplación a parar un rato, a esas pausas cada vez más necesarias . Ademas de todo ok compramos unas pantuflas de piel de cordero que son un abrazo calido a los pies. Tienen mucha mercancía de producción local y eso me encantó, los felicito.
