Lamento tener que escribir esto, pero quiero dejar constancia de una muy mala experiencia con la sucursal de Lorraine en 1 Norte 1412. El martes 21 encargué una torta sin azúcar de manjar nuez para 10 personas, con retiro hoy a las 15:00 hrs, y al llegar me informaron que habían cambiado la fecha de entrega al martes 28 sin avisar. La atención fue por una mujer joven, de baja estatura y con lentes. La única solución ofrecida fue ir a otra sucursal, lo cual no podía hacer ya que viajaba a las 15:30. Una completa falta de comunicación y responsabilidad. Ojalá revisen este tipo de situaciones y no se repitan con otros clientes.

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia con este lugar, el 24/oct nos salió un pelo largo en una torta, lamentablemente no le tomamos foto, por lo que no teníamos pruebas, y al reclamar en el local sólo pidieron disculpas. Por desgracia, teníamos reservado un cóctel y otra torta para el 28/oct, con reserva pagada, y por el incidente anterior del pelo les pedimos una “atención” por dicho cóctel, obviamente la respuesta fue que no y argumentaron que no había pruebas de que salió un pelo, la jefa del local ni siquiera fue capaz de darnos la cara. Mandamos a hacer varias cosas, donde los precios no son baratos, pero lo peor fueron los canapés, cero delicadeza en la presentación, como se puede ver en la foto, también mandamos a hacer variedad de empanaditas y quiche, al momento de retirarlos no nos explicaron cómo distinguir las variedades de estos productos, estaban todos mezclados en la caja y teníamos que descubrir los sabores a medida que íbamos comiendo, impresentable!. Dado todo lo anterior, claramente no volveremos a Lorraine, a pesar de ser clientes habituales previamente, pero la última experiencia fue tan horrible, que dan cero ganas de regresar, y no recomiendo para nada el servicio

En general el servicio es bastante bueno, pero la coctelería dejó bastante que desear. Con las referencias en cuanto a tortas, dulces, etc; esperábamos algo en el mismo nivel y lo recibido no fue más que productos de conserva/enlatados en su gran mayoría. No recomiendo dicho servicio.
